At Flor y Fuerza, every appointment is reserved with care and intention. As a small, independently run studio, your time and mine are both valuable. When a client cancels late or doesn’t show, that time can’t be filled and directly impacts my ability to provide for my family and serve other clients waiting for availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows enough time to offer your spot to another guest and keeps the studio running smoothly. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. This fee helps honor the time set aside just for you. I understand that life happens, if there’s an emergency or unexpected situation, please reach out.
